Premium Textile Mills Approves Up to Rs20m Investment in Recycled Cotton Venture

Premium Textile Mills Limited’s Board of Directors has approved a proposed equity investment of up to PKR 20 million in Recover Pakistan (Private) Limited, a proposed joint venture with Recover Holdings Co., Inc.
 
The investment is aimed at entering the sourcing, sale and trading of recycled cotton fibre and related textile products in both domestic and international markets. The company expects the venture to open new markets and business opportunities while supporting profitability and enhancing shareholder value.
 
The proposed investment remains subject to approval by the company’s members at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
