Zuma Resources Incorporates UK Subsidiary to Expand Digital Connectivity Business

Zuma Resources Limited has incorporated a new UK-based subsidiary, Zuma Global Ltd, as part of its strategy to expand its international digital connectivity and technology operations.

 

According to the company, Zuma Global Ltd was incorporated under the UK Companies Act 2006 as a private limited company on September 18, 2026, with registered office in England and Wales. The subsidiary has been assigned Company Number 17467603.

 

The company has also initiated formal regulatory engagement with Ofcom, the UK communications regulator, for its digital and physical SIM operations powered by sim.market. Zuma said it is taking steps to align its operations, customer framework and digital platforms with applicable UK regulatory and consumer-compliance requirements.

 

The planned UK operations will offer digital eSIMs, physical SIMs and connectivity solutions through Zuma’s technology platforms, including its global eSIM marketplace, sim.market.

 

Zuma Resources said the establishment of Zuma Global Ltd marks another step in its international expansion strategy, with the UK expected to become an important market and operating base for the group.

 

The company plans to progressively launch and market its SIM and related digital connectivity services in the UK, subject to regulatory, commercial and technical requirements. Further material developments will be communicated to the Pakistan Stock Exchange and shareholders as appropriate.
