SE Fruits and Vegetable Secures SECP Approval for Rs1.2bn–Rs1.92bn IPO

SE Fruits and Vegetable Limited, a Punjab-based exporter of mangoes, kinnow, potatoes and other agricultural produce, has secured approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) to issue and publish its prospectus for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).

The company plans to offer 30 million ordinary shares, representing 32.01% of its post-IPO paid-up capital, at a floor price of Rs40 per share. The book-building process could raise the price by up to 60%, reaching Rs64 per share, allowing the company to raise between Rs1.20 billion and Rs1.92 billion.

Of the total offering, 22.5 million shares will be offered through book building on September 21 and 22, while the remaining 7.5 million shares will be available to the general public on September 28 and 29.

The company expects the IPO proceeds to strengthen its working capital, support seasonal procurement, increase processing capacity and expand export operations. SE Fruits and Vegetable generated around $4 million in export revenue in FY26 and is targeting approximately $18 million in FY2027.
