LSE Financial Services Limited (LSEFSL) has amended its Memorandum of Association to reflect a new principal line of business following shareholders’ approval to change its business model and surrender its NBFC licence.
According to a material information disclosure submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on September 2, 2026, the amendment was made pursuant to a Special Resolution passed at the company’s Annual General Meeting held on November 27, 2024.
