Clover Pakistan Limited (PSX: CLOV) has disclosed a material transaction involving the acquisition of its shares by Urbnah Ventures International LLC-FZ.
According to the company’s notification to the Pakistan Stock Exchange, Urbnah Ventures International LLC-FZ acquired a total of 4 million shares of Clover Pakistan Limited through Electronic (CDC) transactions.
The transactions were completed as follows:
August 27, 2026: 2 million shares acquired at Rs. 6.85 per share
August 28, 2026: 2 million shares acquired at Rs. 6.83 per share
Both transactions were executed in the regular market.
Clover Pakistan Limited stated that the disclosure has been made in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and that the acquisition does not presently result in any change to the company’s management, board composition, or operational control.
