Burj Clean Energy Modaraba Signs Agreement for 7.5MW Wind Power Project

Burj Clean Energy Modaraba has entered into a Lease (Ijarah) Agreement with Pakistan Cables Limited under a Build, Own, Operate and Transfer (BOOT) model to develop and operate a 7.5MW wind power project at Pakistan Cables’ manufacturing facility in Nooriabad, Sindh.

Habib Bank Limited (HBL) has provided project financing for the initiative. Under the agreement, Burj Clean Energy Modaraba will develop, own and operate the wind power project and supply renewable energy to Pakistan Cables.

The project is aimed at reducing reliance on fossil fuels, improving energy efficiency and supporting Pakistan’s transition towards sustainable power generation.
