BF Biosciences Limited, a subsidiary of Ferozsons Laboratories Limited, has announced the launch of Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) devices in Pakistan under the brand name "Sibionics CGM," in collaboration with China-based medical technology company Sibionics.
The disclosure was made to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) under Sections 96 and 131 of the Securities Act, 2015, and Clause 5.6.1(a) of the PSX Rule Book, following recent media coverage and queries received from shareholders.
Founded in 2015, Sibionics has a global presence in CGM technology, with products and services available in over 100 countries and used by more than 4 million people worldwide, according to company-published information.
CGM enables continuous monitoring of glucose levels and trends, providing patients and healthcare professionals with insights into glucose patterns and the impact of food, physical activity, and other lifestyle factors, supporting more informed diabetes management.
The launch is aligned with BF Biosciences' strategy of building a more integrated approach to metabolic care, complementing its existing portfolio of Ferulin® (Insulin), Sematide® (Semaglutide), and Zeptide® (Tirzepatide), to be used as clinically appropriate and under medical guidance.
The Company reaffirmed its commitment to keeping shareholders and the PSX informed of material developments in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
