Ibanah Ventures International LLC-FZ has acquired 2 million shares of Clover Pakistan Limited through a market transaction.
According to the company's disclosure to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the transaction was completed on August 31, 2026, at a price of Rs6.78 per share. The shares were transferred in electronic (CDC) form.
Clover Pakistan said the acquisition does not currently result in any change to the company's management, board composition or operational control.
