Gold prices in Pakistan witnessed a significant increase today, The price of 24-karat gold per tola reached Rs. 542,500, reflecting strong upward momentum in the bullion market.
Meanwhile, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold stood at Rs. 465,110, while 1 gram of gold was recorded at Rs. 46,511.
Market experts say the rise in gold prices is mainly driven by higher international gold rates, fluctuations in the US dollar, and ongoing economic uncertainty. Investors and the general public continue to view gold as a safe-haven asset, increasing demand in the local market.
