Engro Holdings Limited has disclosed the purchase of its own shares through the Pakistan Stock Exchange under the Listed Companies (Buy-Back of Shares) Regulations, 2019.
According to the company’s disclosure, 966,338 shares were repurchased on September 10, 2026, at an average price of Rs265.03 per share.
