PACRA Signs MoU with Lianhe Ratings Global for Sustainable Finance Cooperation

The Pakistan Credit Rating Agency Limited (PACRA) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Lianhe Ratings Global Limited to strengthen cooperation between the two credit rating agencies.

 

Under the MoU, the parties will explore collaboration in areas including sustainable finance ratings and assessments, green and sustainability-linked instruments, research and knowledge sharing, as well as rating-related services for potential Panda Bond issuances by Pakistan’s sovereign and corporate entities.

 

PACRA said that any specific initiatives arising from the cooperation will be subject to the execution of definitive agreements, where applicable. Further details will be disclosed in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements.
