Clover Pakistan Limited (CPL) has entered into an exclusive distributorship and stockist agreement with UK-based CITA-UK to market and distribute its electric vehicle (EV) charging products in Pakistan, the company informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Wednesday.
Under the agreement, Clover Pakistan has been appointed the exclusive distributor and stockist in Pakistan for CITA-UK's portfolio of EV chargers, accessories, and related equipment. CITA-UK is an international supplier specialising in smart EV charging solutions and infrastructure.
The company said the partnership is part of its strategy to diversify its business and expand into Pakistan's growing green energy and sustainable technology sectors.
Clover Pakistan disclosed the development to the PSX under the applicable provisions of the Securities Act, 2015, and the PSX Rule Book, describing the agreement as a material corporate development.
