This is to inform you that a meeting of Board of Director of the Company will be held on 27-02-2026 at 15:30 at Karachi to consider the annual Account of December 31,2025 The Company has declared the Closed period from 14-02-2026 to 27-02-2026 under Clause 5.6.1(d) of PSX Regulations. Accordingly,no Director,CEO,or Executives shall,directly/indirectly,deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
