Crescent Fibres Limited has approved the sale of its plant, machinery, equipment, stores and ancillary items located at Nooriabad, S.I.T.E., District Jamshoro.
The company’s Board of Directors, at its meeting held on September 28, 2026, approved the sale based on the highest bids received from various parties, with aggregate sale proceeds approved up to Rs. 241.5 million.
According to the company, the sale was approved due to the old and obsolete nature of the plant and machinery and was recommended by the Audit Committee.
