Thatta Cement Company Limited (THCCL) has proposed entering into a negotiated settlement with Pakistan Services Limited (PSL) to amicably resolve a matter currently pending before the Islamabad High Court.
According to a disclosure made by Pakistan Services Limited on September 14, 2026, the proposed settlement is intended to resolve the dispute relating to Companies Ordinance No. 17 of 2025.
The company said the settlement proposal is currently under negotiation and will be finalized through a definitive agreement. Any material developments requiring disclosure will subsequently be communicated to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) and other relevant authorities.
