Engro Holdings Limited has purchased 708,479 of its own shares through a buy-back transaction conducted on September 11, 2026.
The company disclosed that the shares were acquired at an average price of Rs261.35 per share.
The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 6(e) of the Listed Companies (Buy-Back of Shares) Regulations, 2019.
Engro Holdings requested the Pakistan Stock Exchange to inform TRE certificate holders about the transaction.
