Arctic Textile Mills Limited has approved the acquisition of a spinning unit on lease as part of its business expansion strategy.
In a disclosure to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company said its board of directors approved the lease arrangement at a market-competitive rate during its meeting held on August 1, 2026. The lease became effective the same day.
The company said the move is aimed at expanding its operational capacity and supporting future business growth.
